If your amount due is not paid by 5:00 p.m. on the due date printed on your bill, a late fee of five percent of the unpaid balance is assessed. Payments left in after-hours drop box will be considered next day’s business.
After your account is five days past due, a late notice will be mailed with a scheduled disconnect date. If the total unpaid balance including late fees is not paid by the date on the late notice, a $30 default payment fee is assessed on the account and service may be disconnected.
If you cannot pay the total unpaid balance including late fees, payment arrangements must be made prior to the scheduled disconnect day.
